TECHSPO Miami 2026 kicks off with Registration Check-in opening at 9:00am, Wednesday, October 14th, 2026 at the Registration Desk in the Royal Ballroom Foyer located on the Conference Center South of the Hyatt Regency Miami Hotel Hotel.
When to Arrive / Depart
It is recommended to arrive in Miami, October 13th, 2026 (the day prior to the start of the TECHSPO Miami 2026) and depart on October 16th, 2026 (the day after the Conclusion of the Expo).

Room Rates
TECHSPO has negotiated a limited block of rooms at a substantially discounted rate PLUS free Wi-Fi in your room. These rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The group rates are available for stays between June 12th and June 12th, 2016. The group room rates will also apply three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the conference dates, based upon availability of group rooms, at the time of the request.
The guaranteed lowest standard room rates during the conference are $225 (CAD) per night. The applicable state and local taxes and fees rate is 16% (13% HST and 3% DMP).
